We recently stayed here for a week in a pool access Aston Suite. It was our 7th visit to Bali but first staying here. Check in was very fast and they let us into the room early as our flight had arrived at 9am. Check in is normally 2pm onwards but we got in about 11am. While we waited they gave us a cold glass of juice and we lounged by the pool. Reception staff were lovely and Julia was amazing for a chit chat and information about Nyepi which was on while we were there. The room was clean and tidy on arrival and was cleaned everyday with new towels available as needed. From the photos I was expecting more of a kitchen such as a microwave and toaster plus utensils and glassware but there was nothing other than a very small bar fridge and a kettle so that was a little disappointing. The bed was very hard for me personally, but my husband LOVED it and slept like a log every night. We had a buffet breakfast included in our fare and it was plentiful and very nice. An array of dishes from Indian, Japanese and Indonesian plus toast, cereals, eggs made to order, cold meats and cheeses, pastries and breakfast desserts plus coffee, tea and a choice of juices. Open 6:30am - 10am daily. The restaurant staff were amazing! Kristina and Widia specifically treated us like family. I even received a slice of my favourite cake delivered to our room on my birthday with a candle and a rendition of Happy Birthday to you! So lovely and thoughtful. The grounds are nice but lack gardens around the main pool area. The space just doesn't allow for it but there are lush gardens at the very back of the hotel. Having said that, it does mean there aren't many mozzies that live in the garden beds which is great! The location is fantastic. Far enough away from the busy areas to be relaxing but a 15 min walk and you can be at 2 huge shopping malls, many MANY restaurants and bars, Kuts Square, Kuta Art Markets, the beach, supermarkets etc. Within 50 meters you can get a massage, a t

This was our first stay in Bali and the Aston Kuta Hotel couldn't have done more for us making us feel very welcome. Bali had suffered greatly during Covid and in general was working hard to bring the tourists back and to welcome them. The hotel should be very proud of the hard work of their staff. From the reception area through to the restaurant and room servicing. The breakfast each day was just magical catering for all taste buds including mine which over many years has been very limited. Kristin would welcome us every morning with that genuine I'm glad to see you smile along with Widia who also enlarged the welcome. Erick the head chef went table to table ensuring all guests were looked after and seeing what he could do to make your stay a great one in every aspect of the food provided. Nothing was too much trouble to him and he should be commended for his dedication to his work and for often going one step beyond the norm. Arsa the restaurant manager always kept a close eye on the overall operation ensuring it was well run at all times. The hotel manager who looked after us for our accommodation should also be mentioned and thank you for making our stay there as best possible. We will return and would recommend this hotel to other would be travelers to Bali. Ken and Deborah

The staff and service are amazing. We were in a 3 bedroom apartment for 7 nights with my husband, adult daughter and elderly father which was huge with lots of space. Rooms are big and we didn't feel as though we were in each other's space. Although the apartment was run down and dated, it had all the facilities we needed and the cleaning service was immaculate and made the room comfortable for us. They are in the process of renovating all the rooms but with around 208 rooms to renovate, they said it will take 2-3 years. But don't worry, there is no noise or inconvenience with the renos going on. We honestly felt like VIP guests staying there with the service from all the staff, even though we're normal everyday people on a break from the craziness of life back in Melbourne. Completely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay close to the hustle and bustle of Kuta but away from the noise from the clubs.

good location . about 5 min walk to the beach . across the road was the massage place . 10 Min to the airport & 5 min walk to Catholic Church. The breakfast spread suitable for vegetarian as well .However all the 4 days we stayed, the breakfast was the same every day . just one or two dishes different . We stayed in the family room , the bed were good but the bathroom needed a little uplift. The toilet bowl’s flushing system was leaking water . There is a balcony at our unit facing the pool, but it was locked up without being able to unlock. However the staffs are wonderful. polite & helpful .

The Staff were exceptional. They are always friendly, happy and so very accommodating. The breakfast has a wide range, from drinks, pastries and breads, eggs anyway you want, eastern options and much more. The pool and pool bar is relaxing and kept very clean. Rooms are clean, spacious and the aircon works great. Large range of TV channels in English. Location is fantastic. Within 100 meters you have 4 mini marts, many restaurants (from local cuisine, Indian & Japanese), laundry, money changers and lots of massage services.
